Our Journey
How Far We’ve Come
Ever since our founder started Joseph Catering in 2000, this little Burger+Food+Cart has become a staple in San Diego. Serving hungry eaters near and far, we’re continuously changing our location and evolving our menu — always keeping our dishes fresh and unique.
Find us hitting the streets daily, where we’re making sure that your food comes out quick and tastes delicious. Whether you’ve got time to stick around or you’re just coming to grab an on-the-go bite to eat, we got you covered. Stop on by at one of our pop-up locations!
We also do on-site Catering in addition due to COVID-19 we will be more than happy to CATER/Drop off at your business or place of Residence.

Mondays and Wednesdays
There are lots of food trucks to choose from at Chula Vista, but there’s only one Joseph Catering. We love that you’re browsing our site, but if you want the full experience, you’ll have to come and say hi in person. We’re waiting for you!
Main Street Locations
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Due to legal permits and license issues, We will be at random locations through out Chula vista On Main Street mainly! Check our schedule and preview our menu online. Our specials are seasonal, so stop by Joseph Catering for a fresh and tasty bite.
VIP Location - Chula
Tuesdays and Thursdays
If you’re in the area, come over to VIP Location!, the place where it all began. Our standard menu items are always available, but we totally recommend trying the daily specials. See you soon!
